Subject		problems with remote viewing

Im having trouble viewing remotely.  When I enter the Ip the embeded software comes up but no pictures are displayed.  The same thing happens with the iphone app.  Is there a setting I'm missing?  I have the dvr placed in a dmz outside the firewall.
