- When image is not displayed normally after installing Active-X in Explorer 11.

--> Internet Explorer > Tools > Compatibility View Settings > Add this website > Click 'Add' button

2. 960H DVR Series
- When recording data or screen capture images are not saved while DVR is remotely connected to internet explorer11.
- When designating folder path is not possible.

-->  Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > click the Security tab > Uncheck the 'Enable Protected Mode' box > click OK
